                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT IN THE 
                   AMOUNT OF THREE HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100 
                   DOLLARS ($350.00) TO GEORGIA H. DODD AND 
                   JOHN H. DODD RELATIVE TO SETTLEMENT OF A 
                   SEWER CONSTRUCTION DAMAGE CLAIM ON CONTRACT

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
       payment in the amount of $350.00 to Georgia H. Dodd and John H. 
       Dodd relative to settlement of a sewer construction damage claim 
       on Contract No. 55, Tract No. 191.
